Are you interested in getting your children interested in golf?
For 2021, we are introducing free golf for under-18s, whether they have a relative with a season ticket or not.
And as we look towards the new season, now is the time to find out about getting them involved in all the healthy outdoors activity that golf involves.
At Montrose Links, we are passionate about junior golf and in particular introducing new youngsters to the great game.
As well as developing their skills from an early age, we strongly believe it should be about making it fun and enjoyable.
So, we are partnering “GolPhin for Kids” to launch a new programme for primary age children. GolPhin is a Scottish company that is fully focused on grass roots and the future for all our budding young golfers
They have created a world class app called MyPathWay2Golf, which they launched last January at the PGA Golf Show in Orlando. The app is fantastic and offers many benefits for the children, the coach and the parents or carers.
Our professional Jason Boyd and PGA Professional and Director of Golf Operations for GolPhin Alan Tait are on hand on Zoom at 7pm on Thursday 4 February so you can find out more about these exciting plans and ask any questions.
And this is not just targeted at beginners. It is relevant to all 4–12 year olds, regardless of ability or what level they are currently at. We are also be reaching out to local primary schools inviting them to join us.
To book your spot on the call, email professional@montrosegolflinks.com or call the pro shop on 01674 672634. Details for the Zoom call will be sent out a few days before the call.
Don’t miss out, get in touch to find out how you can let your children experience the great game of golf.
