Online event lets you quiz PGA rules expert

With only weeks to go until the start of the season, now is the time to brush up on your knowledge of the rules of golf.

On Wednesday 3 March, our professional Jason Boyd will be hosting an online presentation with fellow PGA professional Ashley Weller.

You also get the opportunity to ask  that burning question you have, in a question and answer session with Ashley, who is one of the best referees on the PGA Rules Panel.

He may also be known to you as tournament director at Montrose Golf Links Euro-Pro Scottish Masters. He has carried out this role on a number of occasions and is back in June for the 2021 event.

Guarantee your place now by booking with professional@montrosegolflinks.com

The evening event is online between 7pm and 9pm and costs £5. Payment should be made to Jason Boyd PGA Professional, by bank transfer to sort code 83-25-16 and account 00178690.

This is a fantastic opportunity to listen, learn and ask questions of an acknowledged expert.

Ashley has been a member of the PGA Rules Panel since 2006, and has officiated on the European Tour at Wales Open, Alfred Dunhill Links, British Masters, the Ladies British Open, as well as at the 2019 USPGA Championship won by Brooks Koepka at Bethpage New York.

This event follows the success of Jason’s interview with Sky Sports’ Ewen Murray during the first lockdown.
